TOWN OF WELLFLEET NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the: BOARD OF ASSESSORS will be held Wednesday, DECEMBER 27, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the ASSESSOR’S OFFICE.

Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting:

• Adjourn open session and enter into executive session per M.G.L. c. 30A. Purpose 7 – To comply with or act under the authority of, and general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements.

• Continue evaluation of FY2024 real estate abatement applications
