Welcome, Introductions and Announcements
Note: WHC members may visit project sites and view the exterior of each property during the week before each meeting. As we make decisions about proposals, we refer to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
1). 220 Main Street(1850; located in Wellfleet Center National Register District) Proposal to replace two casement windows on second floor facing Main Street, four windows on the third floor (two facing Main Street and two facing the back of the property), and one triangular window above the windows at the back of the property. (Presenter: Renewal by Anderson; Property Owners: Josh and Patricia Stiles)
2). Update of WHC page on Town website (Andrews, McAuliffe, and Kornetsky)
3). Implementation of new Demolition Delay Bylaw
4). Recruitment of new members
5). Possible projects for the coming year (Rearrange Form Bs in library, Realtor PowerPoint, Renovation Tour and/or Awards Program, Presentation re: Historic Houses)
