Meeting Minutes

Attendees:  Roger Putnam, Bruce Drucker, Sharon Inger, Manny Heyliger, Don Palladino, and Trevor Pontbriand

  1. William and Michelle Rice, 345 Cove Road, Map 28, Parcel 35, Application for a Special Permit under WZB 6.1.5.1 b and 6.14.3 to alter an 11’ x 5’ covered porch within setback and a Flood Plain Exemption.  The Board consisted of Roger Putnam, Bruce Drucker, Manny Heyliger, Sharon Inger and Trevor Pontbriand.  At the request of the applicant, Bruce Drucker moved to continue to March 3, 2016; seconded by Trevor Pontbriand, passed 4-0.

7:15 pm

  1. Rispoli Ventures, LLC, 15 Lecount Hollow Road, Map 30, Parcel 22, Application for a Special Permit under WZB 8.4.2 to construct roof over approved exterior stairway, place walk-in cooler on approved exterior deck, and install new ramp with roof leading to lower level.   The Board consisted of Roger Putnam, Bruce Drucker, Manny Heyliger, Sharon Inger and Trevor Pontbriand.  Eliza Cox, representing the applicant, request a continuation to the March 17, 2016 meeting.  She explained that the Conservation Commission requested additional information.  Bruce Drucker moved to continue to March 17, 2016; seconded by Sharon Inger, passed 5-0.

Business:  Roger Putnam stated the Wellfleet School Committee would like 5th graders to participate in a program which identifies former Armed Service members and how they continue to serve the Town of Wellfleet.  He asked the Board if they would be in favor of having a group attend a site meeting, then attend a formal ZBA meeting.  This will help them get a better understanding of how the town government works.  The Board agreed to host the children.

Bruce Drucker moved to adjourn at 7:30 pm; seconded by Manny Heyliger, passed 6-0.
