Meeting Minutes

Attendees: Chair Roger Putnam, Bruce Drucker, Mick Lynch, Sharon Inger, Manny Heyliger and Trevor Pontbriand.
Regrets: Vern Jacob, Don Palladino and Bruce Drucker.
Chair Roger Putnam called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.

13-25 Amendment: Susan A. Behan, 265 Ridgeway Rd. and 280 Pilgrim Road (Maps 24 and 25, Parcels 146 and 6), alter the roof type in two locations, replace certain previously approved windows with removable screen panels, and install a set of barn doors at the basement level. Attorney Ben Zehnder represented the applicant and gave a history of the original Special Permit, the appeal, and the agreement between parties. The builder presented plans to the Building Inspector who issued a Building Permit. The construction started and the abutters didn’t agree that the project was being built as agreed. There is a change in the roofline. Kristopher Elbing, abutter, spoke about his concerns and showed photographs of the current construction, which he stated did not match the original plans approved by the ZBA. Attorney Zehnder explained the new design which included the windows and roofline, and that the barn door had not been installed as yet. Chair Putnam requested Attorney Zehnder and Attorney McCormick and the abutters come to an agreement regarding the plans. Roger Putnam moved to continue to February 4, 2016; seconded by Sharon Inger, passed 5-0.
Business – There was discussion regarding letters of support for the Habitat for Humanity 40B.
Meeting Minutes – Mick Lynch moved the 01/06/16 amended meeting minutes; seconded by Roger Putnam; passed 6-0.
