LEGAL NOTICE

              ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

TOWN OF WELLFLEET

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, The Zoning Act and to The Wellfleet Zoning Bylaw (4/28/03), the Wellfleet Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Wellfleet COA.

 

Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod, Inc., 2254 Old King’s Highway, Map 16, Parcel 110; Application for a Special Permit under WZB 6.28 and MGL c 40B and the Subsidizing Agency of the Dept. of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) under the Local Initiative Program (LIP), Construct four new affordable homes on 123,326 sq. ft (2.831 acres) of land.  Project came to Habitat through the Wellfleet Housing Authority. This hearing will be continured to 5/9/2019.

Morehouse, 119 Pine Ave., Map 29, Parcel 442, Application for a Special Permit under 6.1.l5 to construct an accessory building for storage / studio use.

Town of Wellfleet, Recreation Dept., 70 Kendrick Ave, Map 20, Parcel 6, Application for Exemption, Flood Hazard District Regulations.  Construct a year-round pavilion to replace the seasonal tent.

Barisano and Regan, 1105 and 1115 Cahoon Hollow Rd., Map 17, Parcels 9 and 10:  Application for a Special Permit pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40A, s. 6 and WZB 6.1.5 to alter a pre-existing, non-conforming single- family residential dwelling by removing the current structure and build a new dwelling at a relocated lot.
