ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
TOWN OF WELLFLEET
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, The Zoning Act and to The Wellfleet Zoning Bylaw (4/28/03), the Wellfleet Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be a remote zoom meeting. Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and the Governor's Orders imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, no in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted at this meeting. Town Hall is closed to the public. Board members will participate in this meeting remotely. As this meeting will be accessible to the public via the zoom online option; see information and instructions at the end of the agenda.”
