TOWN OF WELLFLEET
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, The Zoning Act and to The Wellfleet Zoning Bylaw (4/28/03), the Wellfleet Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 6, 2018, at 7:00 pm to be held at the Wellfleet COA.
18-14 Paul Madel, 96 Samoset Ave., Map 28, Parcel 129: Application for a Special Permit under WZB 6.1.5 and 8.4.2 to demolish existing structure which is located on and extends over common property line of parcel 88 and replace with a new, more conforming single family residential dwelling.
