Shellfish Public Hearing - December 19 2023, 6PM

PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with MGL Chapter 130 Sections 52, 57, 58, 60 and 62 and all applicable Town Shellfish Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a hybrid public hearing on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following:

1) Application received 12/1/2023 for the transfer of shellfish grant license #755 consisting of 0.915 acres on Mayo Beach from Joeseph Gray (Wellfleet,         MA) and Rachael Finn (Wellfleet, MA) to Rachael Finn.

Recommendation of the Shellfish Constable will be available in the 12/19/2023 Selectboard’s packet.
