The Wellfleet Parking Task Force II (PTF II) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday,  April 1, 2020 at 5:00 PM. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting which also allows phone dial-in are given below.

  1. Announcements & Public Comment: Note: Public comments must be brief. The Board will not deliberate or vote on any matter raised solely during Announcements & Public Comment. 
  2. Meeting Minutes - Review and approve Minutes of February 19, 2020 
  3. Review of recent correspondence
  4. Review of SelectBoard presentation  - February 28, 2020 
  5. Analysis of parking ticket issuing in 2018 and 2019 and unpaid fine
  6. What to do with 
        - Survey Monkey (SM) account and SM data
        - Hard copies of Surveys
        - Documents to be filed on the website
        - E-mail account a Town Hall
  7. Set the future of the Parking  Task Force II with recommendation to the SelectBoard
        - Final meeting or reorganize?
