- Review of proposed Jurisdictional Opinion to be submitted to Conservation Commission for the installation of 6 test wells.

            -motion to approve submission of Jurisdictional Opinion by Pat Winslow to Conservation Commission for review.  Moved John Riehl, second Walter Baron pass 3-0           

-Duck Bill “trial” removal

            -target time of late May

            -Duration of removal to last 14 days

            -Aim for removal time during a low Mid-morning tide                       

            -lowest possible height of High tides

            -Investigate the physical removal process

                        -who will remove Duck Bill

                        -Possible gate to prevent outflow during removal process

            -Contact original project engineer

-Meet to discuss RDA for future submission to Conservation Commission

-Motion to approve minutes from 1/13/15
