   Meeting Minutes 10/27/16

Present: John Riehl, Pat Winslow,  Jake Puffer, John Portnoy, Walter Baron

-Motion to approve meeting minutes from 9/8/16 John Portnoy, Second Jake Puffer, pass 5-0

-Discussion of modeling provided by Woods Hole Group.

            -Best case scenario ~23 acres of restoration.

                        -includes new culvert design and dredged side channels.

            - discussion of possible lower cost options.

                        -achieve restoration around mouth of culvert on creek side.

                        -achieve some restoration along creek bed and improve flushing.

-Hydrologist

            -possibility of hiring a hydrologist to review ground water science for a third party opinion.

            -Possible funding from Mass Environmental Trust

-Wellfleet Harbor Conference
