Mayo Creek Restoration Committee              Meeting Minutes 12/1/14; 5:00 pm

Present:  John Riehl, Jake Puffer, John Portnoy, Walter Baron, Pat Winslow

-Continued discussion about septic issues, identifying potential trouble spots.

-Discussion regarding location and depth of water quality well on HVCC property.

-Removal of Duck Bill

            - Target Early April or early May after Duck Creek is closed to shellfishing

            -Coordinate with DPW to remove valve, during a noon LOW tide

            - Check with Hillary for permitting and DEP requirements

-Installation of monitoring wells( Back of Wellfleet Cottages, Boatyard, Creek Bed)

-Update for Selectmen

            Motion to have John Riehl prepare a report

            pass 5-0

-Motion by Walter Baron to approve meeting minutes from 10/14/14

            Second Jake Puffer, Pass 5-0

-Motion by John Portnoy to approve meeting minutes from 11/20/14

            Second Walter Baron, Pass 4-0
