Present: John Riehl, Pat Winslow,  Jake Puffer, John Portnoy

Excused: Walter Baron

-Discussion of meeting with Jim Mahala, Gary Makush and Hillary surrounding preference for a single or staged NOI.

-Main Issues

            -Ground water rise:  Possibility of a 2ft increase in groundwater up to 100ft away from creek.

            -Land inundation:  Properties that are below 2ft contour.

            -Septics:   Rise of groundwater could put existing septics out of compliance

-Possible Solutions

            Ground water- Reducing scope of project would reduce groundwater rise.

                        - Engineering a different culvert design, possibly larger and lower, with restricted inflow.

                        - Talk to Kirk Bosma about costs of running new models      

            Land Inundation -Ask Slade about Surveying low lying structures

                         -  Construction of a berm that goes across low lying properties

            Septics-  New septics,

                          -possibly relocate septics

-John Riehl to prepare a proposal to Mass Bays program for funding new modeling

-Motion to approve minutes from August 11th as amended, John Portnoy, second Jake Puffer, pass 4-0
