Public hearing per M.G.L. Chapter 138, Section 12 – First Congregational Church of Wellfleet – One day beer and wine license for Church dinner on May 5, 2024 for 96 people.

c.30A, Sec. 21; Purpose 2: To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel. Contract negotiations for Town Administrator Thomas Guerino.
Purpose 6. To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
