TOWN OF WELLFLEET NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the: BOARD OF ASSESSORS will be held on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. in the ASSESSOR’S OFFICE.

Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting:

Sign 2022 and 2023 motor vehicle and boat excise abatements for February and March, 2024.

Evaluate exemption applications received since January 25 (date of last meeting).  Deadline for filing is April 1, 2024.

Discuss pending Appellate Tax Board hearings on 286 Main St. and 174 Pleasant Point Rd.
