Note: WHC members may visit project sites and view the exterior of each property during the week before each meeting. As we make decisions about proposals, we refer to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
1). 151 Hamblen Farm Road (1750 original home; 1850 right hand wing; 1960 left hand wing):
Proposal to demolish original 1750 home and replace it with like materials due to structural impairment. Plan includes new wiring and plumbing, new interior walls, ceilings, and floors, new kitchens and bathrooms, new exterior siding. (Property Owners: Dennis and Elizabeth Murphy)
