Note:  WHC members may visit project sites and view the exterior of each property during the week before each meeting.  As we make decisions about proposals, we refer to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.

206 Holbrook Avenue (1860; located in Wellfleet Center National Register District): 

Revised proposal to build a two-story addition on the North side of the home, re-roof the entire home with architectural asphalt shingles, and add a skylight. A farmer’s porch has been added on the west elevation, and the ridge has been lowered from the plan previously presented (Presenter: Lesley Moore/TP Construction; Property owner: Martha Meader)
