Minutes of Meeting April 27, 2016

Wellfleet Town Hall Hearing Room

Present: Peter Hall, Chair; Elaine McIlroy, Janet Reinhart, Thomas Siggia, Gary Sorkin

Regrets: Kevin Carroll, Cary Rea, Robert Jackson, Geraldine Ramer

Chair Peter Hall called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Minutes

Janet Reinhart moved to approve the minutes of February 24, 2016.  Gary Sorkin seconded, and the motion carried 5-0. 

Town Meeting Results

CPC members were pleased that all the CPA Articles were approved at Annual Town Meeting.  The shared consultant Article was also approved at Truro’s Annual Town Meeting.

Agreements for Projects

Mary Rogers requested some guidance on preparing the agreements for projects.  CPC members offered suggestions on certain conditions in the agreements. 

Updates on Past Projects

The Habitat for Humanity project at Old King’s Highway and Old Long Pond Rd. has been appealed.  CPC members discussed the delay that is now anticipated.

Expiring Terms/Membership

The Committee thanked Janet Reinhart for her service to the CPC and wished her the best of success on the Board of Selectmen.   

Next Meeting Agenda

The June 15, 2016 meeting agenda will include organization, terms, agreements and projects. 

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 10:00 a.m.
