In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the: CEMETERY COMMISSION will be held on THURSDAY,
APRIL 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the TOWN HALL HEARING ROOM. 300 Mains st
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open
Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed at the meeting:

 Review plot sales
 Review draft cemetery commissioners’ duties and responsibilities
 Plan for closing out CPC grant
 Candidates Night
 Succession planning
 Site visit to assess priorities for spring clean-up on May 6
