Chair Hood called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm

Consultant Role/ Financial Model

Chair Hood reported to the board that he contacted EPG for an updated estimate to replace the water mains on Coles Neck Road, Briar Lane, and up route 6. He also checked with Paul Millet on recommendations for consultants and reached out to two. Bailey Bond and a company from Boston Tighe & Bond. He informed the board that he also reached out to Russ Tierney from Whitewater for some suggestions for consultants and the suggestions he got were more engineers rather than consultants. The board agreed that whoever is chosen they would like the candidate to come in and speak with the board so they can decide and pin point more of what they are looking for.

Lawrence Rd.

Chair Hood reported to the board that he wasn’t at the most recent meeting but the last plan that he saw for this project was for forty units of housing divided up between affordable and market rate. There will be a few one-bedroom units, more two-bedroom units, and a few three-bedroom units.

He explained they are waiting to hear from Robert B. Our to get a time frame when they could do the work on the water main.
