Present: Justina Carlson, Chair; Neil Gadwa, James Hood, Michaela Miteva, Miriam Spencer, Secretary

Chair Justina Carlson called the meeting to order at 1:20 PM.
Article 5: FY 2016 Water Enterprise Budget. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and/or transfer from available funds such money necessary to fund the Fiscal Year 2016 Water Enterprise Fund Budget, or do or act anything thereon.
Commissioner Hood made a motion to approve the budget as amended. Chair Carlson seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.
Other Business:
In the matter regarding the properties of Helen Pucell at 125 Main St and 30 Higgins Lane, the BWC determined that she qualifies as an abutter since one of the properties has frontage on Main St. and they are adjacent to one another.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will take place on April 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Wellfleet Town Hall, in the Conference Room, 2nd floor.

The meeting was adjourned by consensus at 1:25 PM.
