Bid Invitations

The Town of Wellfleet is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to assist the Town with construction services related to stage three of the Wellfleet Marina Ice Machine Installation project.  This work includes the installation of a water line and other related work as specified in the request for quotes (RFQ) documentation.   Quotes must be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, 2nd Floor, Wellfleet Town Hall, 300 Main St., Wellfleet, MA 02667 by Friday, September 5th ,  2025 @ 10:00 am.  This RFQ process shall be administered in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 / 39M.

RFQ documents are available via email, please send request to Assistant Town Administrator John Bugbee at john.bugbee@wellfleet-ma.gov and include in the email title, “RFQ – Ice Machine Stage 3.”

Vendors may schedule a walk-through of the site which is located at 255 Commercial St., Wellfleet, MA 02667, by contacting the Assistant TA at the above mentioned email address.
