              -To see if the Town will vote to transfer care, custody, management and control of Properties Map 40 – 81, 170, 171,176, and 184, Town owed tidal and dune properties, from the Wellfleet Board of Selectmen to The Conservation Commission for open space purposes or to do or act anything thereon.

              -To see if the Town will vote to transfer care, custody, management and control of property Map 46 -19, Town owned property on Hatches Creek for purpose of Open Space or to do or act anything thereon.

              These properties are in areas of critical environmental concern  (ACEC) on Lieutenant Island abutting other conservation properties
