FY 2024 Program Information

  FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSING TAX EXEMPTION NARRATIVE

The FY23 maximum incomes for a tenant are as follows:

Based on HUD Income Limits for Barnstable Town, MA MSA

 The US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will release the fair market rents and income levels for the Federal Fiscal Year 2023 in October for use during the 2023-2024 Program Year.
