NOTICE OF MEETING
In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the: CEMETERY COMMISSION will be held on
WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the TOWN HALL HEARING ROOM. 300 Main st 
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open
Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be
discussed at the meeting:
 Summary of May 6, 2023 clean-up
 Thank you letter to Rickman’s for hosting headstone workshop
 Follow-up training with TaMara for those interested
 New sign for Oakdale/Pleasant Hill
 Perimeter pipe fencing
 Assistance with flag placement by American Legion on May 26
