March 31, 2025 of the remote meeting provisions of the March 12, 2020 Executive Order Suspending Certain

Provisions of the Open Meeting Law.

The Committee will enter into Executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c.30A, §21(a)(3), to discuss
strategy with respect to clearly and imminently threatened or otherwise demonstrably likely litigation by
Delta Mechanical if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating
position of the public body and the chair so declares.
