Welcome, Introductions and Announcements
Note: WHC members may visit project sites and view the exterior of each property during the week before each monthly meeting. As we make decisions about proposals, we refer to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation.
1). 90C Lecount Hollow Road: Proposal to lift the house and pour a new foundation, adding a kitch and porch on the east side of the house, and a screened porch on the west side. (Presenter and Property owners: William and Joy O-Connor
2) Report re: Mead-Fox’s presentation to the Selectboard regarding amendments to Wellfleet’s Demolition Delay Bylaw. (Mead-Fox)
