The Trustees of the Wellfleet Municipal Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on January 9, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing.
Agenda:
- Announcements and public comment. Public comment must be brief. Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the trustees.
- Status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, Maurice’s Campground Working Group, etc.)
- Trust finances update.
- Transfer of donation for rental assistance to the Housing Authority
- Approval of Community Preservation Act status reports.
- Annual report.
- POAH/CDP request for community support for 95 Lawrence Road ($500K).
- Support for Accessory Dwelling Units.
- Join Wellfleet Chamber of Commerce.
- Future meeting agenda items and next meeting dates. Suggested dates: fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 PM (except in April: Annual Town Meeting conflict, and in December: Christmas holiday conflict.)
- Approval of minutes: November 21, 2022, December 1, 2022, and December 19, 2022.
- Adjournment.
