Notice of Public Hearing
Proposed Ordinance No. 22-29
On December 7, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a
hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearing on Proposed Ordinance 22-29, Allocating an
amount not to exceed $ 12,800,000.00 to County projects recommended by the Barnstable
County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Advisory Committee and approved by the County
Board of Regional Commissioners. The public hearing will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn
Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route
6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. It will be open to anyone wishing to
testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed
ordinance has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable
County. It is also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on
accessing the public hearing will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar
for December 7, 2022 located at https://www.capecod.gov/county-government/meetingcenter/.

before noon on the date of the public hearing. The public hearing and Assembly meeting will
