Welcome, Introductions and Announcements

1)   Work on amending Wellfleet’s Demolition Delay Bylaw re: threshold for review and process  so that it is similar to the MHC sample bylaw. (Amendments will be reviewed by Selectboard, Building Commissioner, and Town Counsel, before being presented to Town Meeting for a vote)

2)   Progress re: coming to an agreement with the Building Commissioner re: the definition of “in whole or in part” demolition.

3)   Progress re: presentations re: a). Historic preservation & climate change (Baker),

b). “Love Letter to Cape Cod” film (Mead-Fox)

4).  Recruitment of new WHC members
