Notice of Virtual Public Hearings
Proposed Ordinance Nos. 22-27 and 22-28

On November 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold virtual public hearings on Proposed Ordinance No. 22-27, To transfer funds for the fiscal year two-thousand and twenty-three, to the Capital Stabilization Fund, Emergency Stabilization Fund, and General Stabilization Fund, as established in Ordinance No. 20-16, 20-17, and 20-18 by making transfers from the Unreserved Fund Balance for fiscal year two-thousand and twenty-three, in the amount of $2,343,854.00; and Proposed Ordinance No. 22-28, To transfer funds to the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Liability Trust Fund of Barnstable County by making transfers from the Unreserved Fund Balance, in the amount of $8,475,715.00. It will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinances has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. They are also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website. Instructions on accessing the public hearing(s) will be detailed on the Assembly of Delegates Business Calendar for November 16, 2022 located at
