NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is
hereby filed that a meeting of the BOARD OF ASSESSORS will be held on FRIDAY,
NOVEMBER 4, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. in the ASSESSOR’S OFFICE, at the TOWN HALL, 300 Main Street, Wellfleet, MA.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting
Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the
meeting:
 Sign FY2021 and 2022 Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Abatements for October, 2022.
 Sign Apportionment of 260 Kendrick Ave.
 Sign FY2023 Warrants for Real Estate, CPA and Personal Property
 Sign FY2023 Senior, Veteran and Blind Exemptions
