Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust ~ Virtual

This will be a joint meeting with the Local Housign Partnership and the Housing Authority. 

The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on September 28, 2022 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

Housing Production Plan project launch presentation.

Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the trustees.

Status reports on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road project, etc.)

Special Town Meeting after event review.

Vote to authorize payment of Housing Angels expenses: August 2022 Housing Angels event.

Additional financial support for buydown and down payment assistance programs.

Financial support for the creation of Accessory Dwelling Units and possible acceptance of Community Development Partnership proposal for monitoring accessory dwelling units.

90 Freeman Ave. request for proposals update.

Future meeting agenda items and meeting dates for remainder of 2022.

Approval of minutes: December 17, 2021, June 6, 2022, and August 15, 2022.
