  • Titles on properties in Cons Com Care, update                                        
  • Review access issues. Are there projects in which to become involved?

Properties for consideration

  • Arrange site visits on properties for consideration and any new properties for sale. Site visits should be set and decisions made soon so land can be reviewed by Cons Com for lengthy Town Meeting process.
  • Map 29 - 400 and 505 to CCC; Map 36 parcels 288, 289; Easement on Agger property 41-178.1 and easement on path to Chipman’s Cove Map 28 parcels 25 or 26.             Question of OSC involvement of Town owned properties as suggested by Mr Curly
  • Update SB proposal to purchase Maurice’s Campground and OSC involvement in plans if Town property purchase is successful.
  •  Discussion of process for transferring properties to Cons Com as well as new information about acceptance of Conservation properties without the need of TM approval..

  • Possible liaison from Town SB
  • Discuss expansion of role is care of properties under Cons Com care, for example removal of invasive
