Notice of Virtual Public Hearings on
Barnstable County Proposed Ordinance Nos. 21-14, 21-18, & 21-19
On December 1, 2021 at 4:15 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will
hold virtual public hearings on Proposed Ordinance Nos. 21-14, to transfer to the County’s Police
Academy Special Fund for Fiscal Year 2021; 21-18, to utilize the ordinance process of the County
Home Rule Charter to expend funds received under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021
(ARPA); and 21-19, to transfer to the County’s Police Academy Special Fund for Fiscal Year
2022.
The virtual public hearings will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public
comment on the proposed ordinances. The full texts of the proposed ordinances have been
electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County, are also available
on the Assembly web page with instructions on accessing the public hearings, and will be detailed
on the Assembly meeting agenda of December 1, 2021 located at

owen.fletcher@barnstablecounty.org by noon on or before the date of the virtual public hearings.
The virtual public hearings and Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube and can also
be accessed via the County web page.
