Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40-A, The Zoning Act and to The Wellfleet Zoning Bylaw (4/28/03), the Wellfleet Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. 21-20 Gannon, 206 Holbrook Ave., Map 14, Parcel 161: Application for a Special Permit under WZB 220.127.116.11 (b) to construct a 48” wide pathway, replacing the existing one, for safety and proper access to the rear of the property, which is in relation to a proposed deck which is within the side setback (Cont’d to 9/9/21)
21-23 Oyer, 83 Samoset Avenue, Map 28, Parcel 113: Application for a Special Permit under WZB 18.104.22.168 and MGL c. 40A, s6 to alter their pre-existing, nonconforming single family dwelling located on a pre-existing nonconforming lot. The applicants intend to renovate and enlarge the existing structure a total of approximately 435 s.f., resulting in additional volume within the lawful existing setback nonconformities (no change to the setbacks). The building coverage will increase by only 0.2%.
