In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of 95 Lawrence Road Task Force will be held on Thursday, August 26 at 9am. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting, which also allows phone dial-in, are given below. The Task Force for the 95 Lawrence Road Rental Housing Project will meet several times to review and evaluate the three proposals received based on the criteria in the RFP. Evaluation of the proposals will be based on the information provided in the Proposers’ submissions in accordance with the submission requirements in the RFP and any interviews, references, and additional information requested and/or gathered by the Town.
