NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the: _______Wellfleet Historical Commission ____ will be held on Wednesday July 07,2021 at 5:00pm

This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference.

On June 16, 2021, Governor Baker signed into law An Act Extending Certain COVID-19 Measures Adopted During the State of Emergency. This Act includes an extension, until April 1, 2022, of the remote meeting provisions of his March 12, 2020, Executive Order Enhancing Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law.

1) 245 Gull Pond Rd, Proposal to replace aluminum siding, shutters, and one window sill, with a composite material named Everlast. (Richard and Jean Lay)

2) 99 Holbrook Avenue, Follow-up to proposal presented at June 2 WHC meeting, to present new column details, more information about the design of the two windows, a drawing which indicates all windows on the porch, and information about the roofing. (Paul and Patricia McDavitt)
