     The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing.

Agenda:

   1.  Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the Committee.

   2.  Status report on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

   3.  Review of annual town meeting results.

   4.  Trust support of housing buy down progrogram.

          Consideration of authorizing a second buydown.

   5.  Housing Action Plan, coordination with Housing Authority and Local Housing Partnership, status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant, and Trust mission statement.

   6.  Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

   7.  Approval of minutes: June 7, 2021.

   8.  Executive session to:

             Consider the purchase of real property; and

              Approve executive session minutes of June 7, 2021.

   9.  Adjournment.
