The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on June 7, 2021 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

 The meeting may be recorded by the Town. Anyone else desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the meeting in so doing.

Agenda:

1. Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the Committee.
2. Status report on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)
3. Funding request for Paine Hollow Road projectfor $18,000.00 escrow.
4. Status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant.

       5. Annual Town Meeting Warrant article recommendations and support for articles.

• Affordable Dwelling Unit zoning bylaw amendment (two articles);
• 95 Lawrence Road wastewater treatment plant aricle;
• Increase in rooms tax rate fro 4% to 6%;
• Transfer tax article; and

       6. Any additional articles appropriate for Trust recommendation.Overall land acquisition strategy including Town land within the Seashore, state, and federally owned property and privately owned vacant land.

       7. Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.

       8. Approval of minutes: May 3, 2021.

       9. Executive session to:

• Consider the purchase of real property; and
• Approve executive session minutes of May 3, 2021.
• Adjournment.
