Wellfleet Cultural Council Meeting

For members of the Council this will be an in-person meeting at Yvonne’s home at 166 Herring River Road. Public is invited to join this meeting virtually via Zoom.

“This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting, which also allows phone dial-in, are given below.” Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.

Celebration of past year success in operation under Covid restrictions and re-energizing for the year ahead – expanding our impact on the cultural community.

Topics to explore:

fund-raising to increase amount we have to grant out,

recruitment of new members to broaden our outreach,

monthly meeting structure – in person or some continuation of zoom for the winter months,

community input on 2022 goals – needs to be collected every year – review and refine current priorities,

publicity – more liaison and publicity requests for calendar information for Constant Contact – calendar?
