2) 99 Holbrook Avenue, add back deck and replace front patio with farmer's porch (Paul and Patricia McDavitt)

3) 15 Squire's Pond Lane, partial demolition and addition to historic home (Ric Rovero)

4) 20 Briar Lane under an up to 18 month demolition delay as of 4/8/2020 (Thor Baum and Myya Beck-Baum)
