Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust ~ Virtual

The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on May 3, 2021 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

Status report on housing related activities (Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force, etc.)

Vote to authorize trustees to act on behalf of the Trust.

Status of transfer of Affordable Housing Trust account balances to Trust.

Status of Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant.

Annual Town Meeting Warrant item(s):

Affordable Housing Trust bylaw; and

Allocation of short term rental tax receipts to Trust.

Land housing development strategy including Town land within the Seashore, state, and federally owned property, outreach to owners of privately owned vacant land, purchase of improved property.

Approval of minutes: April 12, 2021.
