The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on April 12, 2021 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. - Status report on housing related activities (Gift(s) to the Trust, Audit status, Housing Authority, Local Housing Partnership, 95 Lawrence Road Task Force actions, Mass Housing Partnership technical assistance grant, etc.)
- Annual Town Meeting Warrant item(s): reconsider requested allocation of short term rental tax receipts to Trust.
- Determine method for approval of executive session minutes.
- Future meeting agenda items and next meeting date.
- Approval of minutes: March 29, 2021, April 2 2021 (open session), April 2, 2021 (executive session).
- Executive session to further consider possible purchase of 30 Old King’s Highway and/or 45 Wilton’s Way, Wellfleet.Adjournment.
