The Trustees of the Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will hold a public meeting on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.  The meeting will be conducted via Zoom Video Conferencing in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement to Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker.  Instructions for a Zoom video conference, which includes phone call in options can be found below:

  2.  Status of Transfer of Affordable Housing Trust funds to Trust.

  3.  Housing Action Plan, coordination with Housing Authority and Local Housing Partnership and Trust mission statement.

  4.  Request for allocation of short term rental tax receipts to this trust to support housing.
