The Wellfleet Parking Task Force II (PTF II) will hold a public meeting on Wednesday,  July 17, 2019 at 9:00 am at the Wellfleet Town Hall, 300 Main Street, in the basement meeting room.  Anyone desiring to record the meeting may do so only after notifying the Chair and may not interfere with the conduct of the Meeting in doing so. It is anticipated that the meeting will be video recorded and subsequently posted on the Town Website

  1. Announcements & Public Comment: Note: Public comments must be brief. The Board will not deliberate or vote on any matter raised solely during Announcements & Public Comment.
  2. Meeting Minutes - Review and approve draft Minutes of June 19, 2019
  3. Review of recent correspondence:
    1. July 8 letter from Funk Bus and Cape Destinations.
  4. Review of postings on Website - http://www.wellfleet-ma.gov/parking-task-force
  5. Update on current survey efforts and interim results
    1. Marina survey - Closed out and data transferred to Survey Monkey
    2. Taxpayer survey - Closed out
    3. Merchant Survey - Closed out
    4. Permit Office Survey - response is lacking from non-taxpayers
  6. Update on data collection observations and plans for Summer -
    1. Beach parking permit Sales in 2019
    2. Ocean Beaches, 
    3. Downtown,
    4. Marina Area (including Mayo Beach)
  7. Outreach and invited guests? (i.e., Non-Resident Tax Payers, Forum, front-line workers)
  8. Set next meeting—August 7(?), Time? Agenda items - Update on Surveys and observations.
