2. Executive Session: The Committee will move to executive session to discuss contract negotiations with
non-union personnel Superintendent of Schools and the incoming Assistant Superintendent of Finance and
Operations.
The Committee will reconvene in open session.

the Chair’s discretion. Under the Open Meeting Law, the Committee is unable to reply but may add items
