NOTICE OF MEETING

In conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, Notice is hereby filed that a meeting of the: Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust will be held on Friday, December 18 at 4pm. This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conference, in accordance with the temporary suspension and enhancement of the Open Meeting Law requirements by Governor Baker. Instructions for a Zoom video conference meeting, which also allows phone dial-in, are given below. Said meeting will be open to the public and the press as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law. Furthermore, below is a list of topics that the Chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting:

    1. Announcements and public comment.  Public comment must be brief.  Matters raised only during Announcements and public comment will not be the subject of deliberation by the Committee.
    2. Initial organization of the Board of Trustees
      1. Determination of positions to be elected
      2. Election of trustees to fill positions.
    3. Discussion of  Trust organization:
      1. Possible town bylaw defining trust organization and goals
      2. Open Meeting Law, Conflict of Interest Law, and Public Records law compliance.
    4. Open session future agenda items
    5. Future meeting schedule
    6. Executive session.  None scheduled
