Meeting called to order at 7:08 PM
Minutes
Barbara Austin made a motion to approve the minutes from February 7, 2018. John Duane seconded. Motion passed 4-0.

3. Shellfish Department update
4. Quahog transplant from CCB 11 offshore of Keller's Corner (deep water) to a commercial only area (inshore Keller's Corner) and a recreational area (Indian Neck)
John Duane made a motion to recommend that the shellfish department pursues a quahog transplant from CCB 11 offshore of Keller’s Corner (deep water) to a commercial only area (inshore Keller’s Corner) and a recreational area (Indian Neck). Barbara Austin seconded and the motion and it passed 5-0 with one abstention.
5. Quahog relay from Taunton River
Jake Puffer made a motion to recommend against a quahog relay from the Taunton River at this time. Zack Dixon seconded and the motion passed 6-0.
6. Discussion of opening Commercial Diving for Shellfish North of the No-drag line (Reg. 9.1.2)
Barbara Austin made motion to recommend that the Shellfish Department allow commercial diving for shellfish North of the No-drag zone. Jake Puffer seconded and the motion passed 6-0.
7. Recommendation for ATM Charter Article 31 (once amended)
