Present: John Duane, Barbara Austin, Zack Dixon, Rebecca Taylor, Jim O’Connell, Brett Morse

Meeting called to order, 8:35 a.m.

1. Minutes

   Barbara Austin made a motion to accept the minutes from November 29, 2017, John Duane seconded. Motion passed 5-0.
    

2. Annual Report

   Barbara Austin made a motion to accept the annual report as written. John Duane seconded. Motion passed 5-0.

3. Shellfish Management Plan

       SAB went through previously highlighted sections of 2007 plan and made notes on changes,    omissions and additions.

4. Next Meeting Possible Topics

            - Shellfish Dept. opening of

            - blood arks and razor clams
